Apart from painting watercolours of views that appeal to me I also enjoy undertaking specific commissions with buildings as the main subject.

These are usually within two main categories.

Services for Estate Agents: These are produced to illustrate the final appearance of a new building or the result of an extensive refurbishment. They are used to assist and expedite the sale or lease of a property. Illustrations of individual properties or an overall view of a complete development are produced as required.

House Portrait Services: These works are usually commissioned by the owners or their families, and demonstrate a "home" rather than just an architecturally accurate depiction as required for the Estate Agents Services. These works usually include a more detailed depiction of the grounds and garden which so often reflect the work and care given by the owners over many years. This produces a more personalised work that is particularly appreciated and valued by the family.
