A full colour illustration overcomes the difficulty of visualising, from blueprints and site plans, the potentially desirable features of both new building work and properties undergoing considerable refurbishment. A selected perspective view of your choice enables your clients or prospective purchasers to appreciate the final appearance.

An additional advantage is that completed buildings can be depicted within their mature environment before construction work and landscaping are completed, and where photographs are unavailable or unsuitable.

The original drawing, carried out in watercolour and gouache, may be scanned for reproducing in your sales literature, and for marketing on your website.

Illustrations can be provided on CD's in a suitable format for future use.

As artwork is normally produced from plans and photographs the location of the project is not a limiting factor.
